Incision and needle insertion cause silver wire: use a sharp knife to make a longitudinal incision in front of the anus and 2 to 3 cm from the anal margin, and the length is 0.4 to 0.5 cm. Use an aneurysm needle or a large round needle, or a long round needle that is bent into a semicircle, insert it from the posterior incision, pass through the subcutaneous tissue on the outer edge of the anal sphincter, and wear it through the anterior incision. The wire (or stainless steel wire) passes through the pinhole (or the needle core of the puncture needle) and exits the aneurysm needle or puncture needle, causing the silver wire. 3. The opposite side of the needle causes the silver wire: according to the same method, the other end of the silver wire is inserted from the anterior incision of the anus, and the contralateral subcutaneous is introduced in the posterior incision to make the silver wire form a ring under the skin. 4. Tighten the silver wire and reduce the anus: firstly, the assistant puts the finger into the anus, then gradually tightens the ends of the silver wire, so that the anus is narrowed to the extent of the finger, and the silver wire is tightened at the back side incision. 5. Stitching: Cut off the excess silver wire, twist the silver wire head to the tailbone, and embed it into the subcutaneous tissue. Finally, the front and back incisions were sutured with silk thread.
