Balloon cell nevus
Introduction
Introduction to balloon cell Ballooncellnevus is named by histological features and occurs mostly in young people under the age of 30, with a diameter rarely exceeding 5 mm. Balloon-shaped cell rafts are called only when balloon cells account for most or even all of melanocytes. basic knowledge The proportion of illness: 0.002% Susceptible people: good for young people under 30 years old Mode of infection: non-infectious Complications: septic shock

Symptom
Balloon-like cell sputum symptoms common symptoms papule itching
1. Very rare, mostly occurs in young people under the age of 30, but can also be seen in middle-aged and elderly people.
2. The lesion is a single light brown, slightly raised papule, soft, rarely exceeding 5 mm in diameter, often occurring in the head, neck, torso, upper limbs and feet.
Examine
Balloon cell sputum examination
Histopathology: intradermal sputum and complex sputum, there are so-called "balloon cells", the melanosomes in the sputum cells are progressively enlarged, caused by vacuolar degeneration, the cells are larger than the sputum cells, and the diameter is 20-40 m. The quality is vacuolized or fine-grained, and it is negative for lipid, glycogen or mucopolysaccharide staining. The nucleus is uniform, small and round, and is often located in the center of the cell.
Only when balloon-shaped cells account for most or even all of melanocytes, they are called balloon-like cell rafts, which are arranged in different sizes in the dermis, and can be scattered or arranged in clusters in the epidermis. Around the lesion, it can also be mixed with balloon cells, and there are two intercellular transition forms.
Immunohistochemistry:
1. Balloon cell melanoma cells are obviously atypical, and nuclear mitosis is more common.
2. The clear cell tumor balloon cell-like balloon-like cells stained positive for S-100 protein.
