chest plain film

Chest film, also known as chest radiography. The X-ray images obtained by the film examination are far clearer than those in the perspective. The advantages are as follows: (1) The image of the examined part is permanently retained on the film for analysis, discussion and review. (2) Can be saved as scientific research materials. (3) The film can show the fine structure, such as the early source of more than 2mm is more clear than the perspective. (4) The film can check the thick part of the human body and make the patient receive less X-rays. Basic Information Specialist Category: Respiratory Examination Category: X-ray Applicable gender: whether men and women apply fasting: fasting Tips: The outer garments, accessories, dressings, and items in the underwear pocket of the subject should be removed as much as possible. Subjects generally take an upright position, and patients who cannot stand upright can also take a supine position. Normal value The chest corridor is symmetrical, the lungs have clear texture, the lung door shadow structure is normal, the heart shadow is not large, the mediastinum is centered, the bilateral side surfaces are smooth, the bilateral rib angles are sharp, and the upper ribs are not abnormal. Clinical significance The chest radiograph is adapted to the auxiliary diagnosis of the following diseases (1) lung and airway lesions. (2) Cardiac macrovascular disease, observe its contour. (3) mediastinal and transverse lesions. (4) pleural and chest wall lesions. (5) Various routine examinations before surgery. (6) rib lesions. Chest radiographs can also be used for routine physical examination. 1. If the brightness of the lung field is increased, the lung texture is increased and the intercostal space is widened, which is seen in emphysema. 2. If the lung field see spots, patches or patch-like shadows, see pneumonia, tuberculosis, etc. 3. If the lung field sees a round or blocky shadow, it is more common in tumors, lung purulence, tuberculosis and so on. 4. If the lung field sees a hollow lesion, it is more common in lung cancer, tuberculosis, lung abscess, pulmonary cysticercosis. 5. If the lung field sees a large piece of high-density shadow with increased volume, it can be seen in lobar pneumonia, tumor with obstructive lung field, pleural effusion and so on. 6. If the lung field sees a large piece of high-density shadow with volume reduction, it can be seen in atelectasis and acute pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. 7. If you see a bright band in the lung field, there is no lung texture outside, the pleural edge of the visceral layer is clearly visible, mostly pneumothorax. 8. If the rib angle disappears or becomes dull, it can be seen in pleural effusion, pleural thickening and other pleural lesions. 9. If the heart shadow is generally enlarged, it can be seen in pericardial effusion, cardiomyopathy, etc.; the heart shadow increases to the left, which can be seen in aortic lesions, hypertension, etc.; the aortic abnormalities are widened and are seen in aortic aneurysms. Precautions 1. The outer garments, accessories, dressings, and items in the underwear pocket of the subject in the filming area should be removed as much as possible. 2. Subjects generally take an upright position, and patients who cannot stand upright can also take a supine position. 3. When taking a picture, you must follow your doctor's advice and take a breath after taking a deep breath. Otherwise, continuing to keep breathing will cause the X-ray film to be blurred, which will affect the diagnosis. 4. When taking a photo of the heart, you need to take two slices of the positive side, and it is best to take the film after swallowing the tincture to show the position of the esophagus for comparison. Inspection process X-ray image. Not suitable for the crowd Patients who are frail, shocked, and unable to stand are not suitable for chest radiographs. Adverse reactions and risks May cause an infection.
