Acute renal failure diagnostic test
Acute renal failure diagnostic test is an auxiliary examination method to determine whether the kidney is normal. The occurrence of oliguria and anuria based on the causes of surgery, trauma, shock, and bleeding is the clue to the diagnosis of acute renal failure. If the urine output is less than 17 ml per hour or less than 400 ml in 24 hours; or hypotension is treated with anti-shock and the blood volume is made up for more than 3 hours, the urine output is still below 17 ml per hour, even within 24 hours If the urine output is less than 100 ml, it can be considered that acute renal failure has occurred. It should be further examined immediately for identification and clear diagnosis.
