Toe long extensor muscle strength test

The toe long extensor muscle strength test is a method to check whether the lateral muscle is paralyzed or the degree of paralysis. The main functions of the long toe extensor are to extend the 2nd to 5th toe, extend the foot, abduct the foot, and make the foot forward. When this muscle is paralyzed, it is difficult to extend the lateral four toes.
