Tension and arterial wall condition

Tension and arterial wall state examination is an auxiliary examination method to check whether the pulse is normal. Pulse tension depends on the level of systolic blood pressure. When checking the pulse, place the index finger, middle finger, and ring finger on the radial artery, and press the radial artery with the proximal finger so that the distal finger cannot touch the pulse, indicating that the proximal finger has completely blocked the radial artery blood flow. The pressure applied and the perceived elasticity of the vessel wall is the tension of the pulse. Through this examination, you can determine the lesion site and the corresponding symptoms.
