Upper eyelid thickening and relaxation
Patients with pachydermoperiostosis have a cranial cranial head, and the eyelids, especially the upper eyelids, become thicker and looser. The ears and lips are also hypertrophic, especially large, and the skin of the hands and feet is also hypertrophic. Hypertrophy of bones and phalanges of limbs, clubbing of fingers and toes, and effusion of ankle and knee joints. The patient had pain in his limbs and was awkward.
