Local or extensive tenderness in the abdomen, rebound pain
Local or widespread tenderness in the abdomen and rebound pain are clinical symptoms in patients with non-occlusive mesenteric vascular ischemia. Non-obliterative vascular ischemia of mesentery is an acute intestinal ischemia caused by superior mesenteric artery spasm, which accounts for 20-30% of acute mesenteric ischemia and a mortality rate of more than 70%.
