Auscultation of the abdomen is an auxiliary examination method used to check whether the abdomen is normal. Auscultation is a method of diagnosing whether the organ is normal by listening to sounds from various parts of the body of the examinee with the ear or with a stethoscope, and according to the strength of the sound, the pitch of the sound, the nature of the sound and changes. Auscultation of the abdomen is used to check bowel sounds, vascular noises, fricatives, and popping sounds. Fetal heart sounds can also be heard below the umbilicus in women older than 5 months. Through this examination, you can determine the lesion site and the corresponding symptoms.
