Ischial hernia

Abdominal organs or tissues that prolapse through the foramen or foramen are called sciatic hernia. Also known as gluteal hernia or ischiatic hernia. Ischia hernia is extremely rare clinically, and it usually occurs in women who are middle-aged or older, especially women with childbirth. Although it occurs in men, it is more rare. Most of hernias are prolapsed through the foramen.
