Serum influenza virus antibody
Influenza viruses are divided into three types: A, B, and C. Influenza viruses can cause a worldwide pandemic. Influenza virus is a segmented, single-stranded negative-stranded RNA virus. The protein that binds to nucleic acids is nucleoproteiN (NP). The NP antigen is stable and type-specific. The outer core of the virus is a matrix protein (M protein) that is tightly bound to the viral envelope. The outermost is the envelope of the virus. There are two kinds of spines on the envelope, one is hemagglutinin (HA) and the other is nerve. Neuraminidase (NA), both of which are susceptible to mutation.
