Cord blood puncture
Umbilical cord blood puncture is one of the important prenatal examinations. Puncture has an irreplaceable role in confirming the development and health of the fetus in the abdomen. Umbilical cord blood puncture and amniotic fluid puncture chromosome examination can detect fetal spine deformity. Umbilical cord puncture depends on the position of the placenta. The puncture part can be punctured in the amniotic fluid, or the fetal root or the placental root. Most choose to puncture the umbilical vein. The method is basically the same as that of amniotic fluid puncture, except that the puncture site is different.
