Sequelae of encephalitis

Encephalitis is a general term for brain parenchymal inflammatory lesions. It is a serious infectious disease of the central nervous system caused by different etiologies (such as viruses, bacteria, fungi, etc.). Encephalitis sequela refers to a disease with neurological and psychiatric symptoms after encephalitis treatment. There are many reasons for the sequelae of encephalitis. Genetics, diseases, and craniocerebral injury are the causes of encephalitis sequelae.
