Radial neck fracture and radial skull ridge separation
Radial neck fractures mostly occur in adolescents and children whose epiphysis is not yet closed. Therefore, the radial skull fracture is separated. In contrast, children rarely experience radial head fractures. Skullization centers of the radius usually appear at the age of 4 to 5 years, and the closing time is 16 to 20 years. Isolation of the radial cranial cranial iliac crests mostly belongs to type Ⅱ and type Ⅰ of the Salter-Harris classification. Good reduction has no significant effect on future morphology and function.
