Pediatric basal cell nevus syndrome

The clinical manifestations of basal cell nevus syndrome in children include 6 major organ systems: skin, teeth, bones, eyes, nerves, and reproduction. There are about 38 types of abnormalities. Poor keratosis and skeletal abnormalities are most common. Pediatric basal cell nevus syndrome is an autosomal dominant hereditary disease involving many organs.
