Abdominal wall contusion

Contusion of abdominal wall refers to the continuous separation of the soft tissue of the abdominal wall by trauma, without complete anatomical interruption. If the injury is in the spiral direction, the abdominal wall contusion is called abdominal wall contusion, and its damage is more serious. Clinical diagnosis should pay attention to exclude abdominal visceral injuries. Mild abdominal wall contusion is mainly conservative treatment, and early surgery is suspected when active bleeding is suspected.
