Congenital facial paraplegia syndrome is Mouml; bius syndrome, also known as congenital ocular paralysis, infant eye muscle atrophy, congenital facial paralysis, Graefe Ⅱ syndrome, von Graefe syndrome, congenital abducent nerve and facial nerve paralysis abducens and facial nerves paralysis). The symptoms are characterized by cerebral palsy, congenital malformations, and mental retardation.
