Congenital nasal dermoid cysts and fistulas

More common under 10 years of age, occasionally seen in adults. It often occurs outside the ophthalmic cone, and is usually attached to the upper or middle orbital wall. It can be dumbbell-shaped, with a part in the skull and in the orbit.
