Acral fibrokeratinoma
Acral fibrous keratoma, also known as acquired fibrokeratoma of finger / toe, is a disease caused by hyperkeratosis of the epidermis. More common in male adults. Occurs near the interphalangeal (toe) joints. Clinically, solid, single round or long protrusions are the main manifestations. Surgical resection is the main treatment.
