Congenital atresia

The disease is a severe nasal deformity and is a family inherited disease. According to Evans (1971) analysis of 65 cases of congenital posterior nostril atresia, 28 cases combined with other congenital malformations, accounting for 43%, of which there are multiple congenital malformations (Charge Syndrome), namely congenital iris defect (Coloboma), congenital Heart anomalies, Atresia choanae, Retarded growth, Genital hypoplasia, Ear anomalies, and other abnormalities, such as strabismus, Iris palsy, maxillofacial osteogenesis imperfecta syndrome, atresia of external auditory canal, ileal diverticulum, intestinal ectopic, urinary system malformation, polypodal malformation, etc.
