Hepatitis B virus-related nephritis in children

Hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis (HBV-GN) in children refers to glomerulonephritis secondary to hepatitis B virus infection. This disease is one of the common secondary glomerular diseases in childhood, with nephrotic syndrome or proteinuria, hematuria as the prominent manifestations, and pathologically, membranous nephropathy is the most common. Onset occurs in preschool and school age, with boys significantly more than girls. More concealed onset, often found only by accidental urine examination.
