Campylobacter enteritis
Campylobacter enteritis is an acute intestinal infectious disease caused by Campylobacter. Common cases are Campylobacter jejuni enteritis, and the main clinical manifestations are fever, abdominal pain, diarrhea, mucus, or pus and blood. Certain strains can cause systemic pathologies such as sepsis, meningitis, septic arthritis, pneumonia, empyema, peritonitis, pericarditis, and thrombophlebitis.
