Hair follicle sebaceous gland cystic hamartoma

Folliculosebaceous cystic hamartoma was first reported by Kimura in 1991. The disease is a fleshy peduncle or pediculated papule, with a size of 0.5 to 1.4 cm. It occurs in the head, especially in the middle of the face and nose.
