Renal tubular acidosis type I
Type Ⅰ renal tubular acidosis is a defect of distal renal tubule function. An effective pH gradient cannot be established between renal tubular fluid and peritubular fluid. Hydrogen secretion and ammonia production are reduced, which causes hydrogen ions to stay in the body and cause production. Acidosis. Family sex is more common in adult women. Infant type is transient and rarely recurs after improvement.
