Trans diaphragmatic intercostal hernia

Manrer and Blades (1946) reported the disease for the first time and accurately and detailedly described 4 patients. Croce and Mehta (1979) report the disease under the name "Intercostal pleural peritoneal hernia". Cole et al. (1986) named the disease as trans diaphragmatic intercostal hernia.
