Leukemia-associated mental disorders
Although mental disorders associated with physical diseases may have different mental symptoms due to the different primary diseases, they all have a common characteristic: the non-specificity of mental symptoms. In general, those with more rapid onset are mainly acute organic mental disorder (consciousness syndrome), which mostly occur during the peak period of somatic disease; chronic onset and early and recovery of the disease are often dominated by cerebral wasting syndrome; Chronic organic mental disorders can occur in the advanced stages of the disease, characterized by personality changes or mental retardation. Mental disorders often have a parallel relationship with the primary somatic disease. Their clinical manifestations also change with the severity of the somatic disease, and they can change from one state to another. Various types of mental disorders are often repetitive, intertwined and intricate. Symptoms are characteristic of light day and night.
