Cold

Psychological colds often develop due to changes in the external environment, climate, and interpersonal relationships. The so-called cold is actually a mentally ill person who has mild depression. The common cold is a frequent and common disease. People with colds often do n’t pay much attention to it. They think that the big one does not reduce the psychological burden, so that they understand that mild psychological disease is a common disease. Like a cold, many people will get it, but it will also get in the way quickly, and patients with colds generally recover within a few days. This is also one of the reasons why a cold is used to describe mild depression, so that the patient can recover. This is just a different form of expression. Mild patients no longer need to worry and bear the psychological shadow of mental illness.
