Congenital pulmonary arteriovenous fistula
Congenital pulmonary arterio-venous fistula (PAVF), also known as arteriovenous aneurysm, is a more common congenital developmental malformation. The anastomotic branch of the pulmonary circulation between arteriovenous and venous capillaries expands during the embryonic period, forming pulmonary motility. Abnormal traffic between veins. About 1/3 of the patients had multiple lesions in the lungs, which was dominant. Patients and their families are often accompanied by hereditary hemorragic telangiectasia, such as the skin and mucous membranes, and can also affect the gastrointestinal tract, also known as Rendu-Osler-Weber disease. See also individuals with single nonfamilial venereal disease.
