Acute hepatitis B
There are many people with HBV infection in China. To determine whether they are acute or chronic in patients with clinical hepatitis B, comprehensive analysis is needed. The course of a few acute cases is prolonged to chronic, or to develop liver cirrhosis or even liver cancer; severe disease progresses rapidly and can develop into severe hepatitis; others become asymptomatic carriers. Although hepatitis B is currently the most important hepatitis in our country, acute hepatitis B is far less than hepatitis A and hepatitis E in acute viral hepatitis. Most of the clinically diagnosed acute hepatitis B are chronic. Acute activity in asymptomatic HBV carriers (AsC). Therefore, acute hepatitis B is not uncommon. Including: acute jaundice hepatitis and acute non-jaundice hepatitis.
