Cystic fibrosis

A hereditary exocrine gland disease that mainly affects the gastrointestinal tract and the respiratory system. It is usually characterized by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, insufficient pancreatic exocrine function, and abnormally elevated sweat electrolytes.
