Simple red cell aplastic anemia

Pure red cell aplasia is simply referred to as pure red aplastic anemia; it is a rare group of syndromes caused by a series of selective aplastic dysplasia of bone marrow red blood cells. More than 100 cases have been reported in domestic literature. The pathogenesis is mostly related to autoimmunity. Clinically, it can be divided into two categories: congenital and acquired. Acquired can be divided into primary and secondary according to the etiology, and divided into acute and chronic types according to the course of the disease.
