Acute diffuse peritonitis
Peritonitis is an acute inflammatory response of the visceral and parietal peritoneum to bacterial, chemical, physical or foreign body damage. According to the cause, it can be divided into secondary purulent peritonitis and primary peritonitis. According to the scope of involvement, it can be divided into two categories: diffuse and localized peritonitis. Because of the patient's resistance, the degree of infection, and the application of treatment measures, the types can be converted into each other.
