Spina bifida

Spina bifida is a common congenital malformation when the neural tube closing process is affected during early pregnancy and embryonic development and part of the spinal canal is not completely closed. Spina bifida is one of the main causes of infant death and lifelong disability. Therefore, the prevention and treatment of this disease is very important.
