Hepatic hamartoma

Hamartoma of liver is a rare congenital tumor-like deformity of the liver. Essentially, hepatic hamartomas are characterized by dysplasia of embryos and tumors, and are still classified as benign liver tumors from a surgical perspective. Its pathological characteristics are based on hepatocytes, and it contains bile ducts, blood vessels, and connective tissues, which are disorderly arranged in normal liver tissues, and have abundant connective tissue hyperplasia.
