Lymphoma-like granuloma

Lymphomatoid granulomatosis (LG) is a rare type of vasculitis and granulomatous reactions. The disease is characterized by vascular nutrition, vascular destructive lesions, and granulomatous reactions in various tissues, accompanied by extensive atypical lymphoproliferative invasion, which mainly affects the lungs and may also involve extrapulmonary tissues.
