Hepatitis B antigenemia: Hepatitis B patients can have a variety of skin manifestations. The skin manifestations in the acute stage are related to the immune complex formed by HBsAg and anti-HBsAg antibodies. Immunofluorescence can be used to detect immune complexes and complements in damaged blood vessels.
