Bony fiber dysplasia

Polyostotic fibrous dysplasia, also known as Albright syndrome or McCune-Albright syndrome (MAS). The disease was first described by McCune (1936) and Albright (1937). It is a disease of bone growth and development, clinically based on bone damage, precocious puberty, and skin pigmentation as the three main symptoms of the disease. A few patients also have other endocrine disorders.
