Eye movements, tackles, and abducent neurological disorders
The three pairs of cranial nerves of eye movement (No. Ⅲ), pulley (No. Ⅳ) and abduction (No. Ⅵ) are all motor nerves that dominate the eyeball muscles. Because they leave the brain stem, they have a lot of common paths before exit Site, and therefore often cause the symptoms of the three pairs of cranial nerves involved at the same time.
