Uterine malignant mesodermal mixed tumor
Malignant uterine mesothelioma originates from the poorly differentiated endometrial interstitial tissue of the Miller duct derivative, and can differentiate into mucus-like tissue, connective tissue, cartilage tissue, striated muscle tissue and smooth muscle tissue. Epithelial components and malignant interstitial components, namely cancer and sarcoma components. Homogeneous malignant Miller duct mixed tumor: both components of sarcoma and cancer are derived from the original tissue components of the uterus. Heterogeneous malignant Miller duct mixed tumor: sarcoma contains tissue components other than the uterus such as striated muscle, cartilage, bone and so on.
