Parasigmoid hernia
A colostomy is a treatment for colorectal malignancies, trauma, and neonatal anal and rectal deformities. After abdominal and perineal resection (Mile), two holes can be formed in the abdominal cavity: the stoma bowel and the left The pores between the side abdominal wall and the pelvic floor peritoneum are improperly sutured or the pelvic floor peritoneum is cracked due to bloating. The small intestine slides into these two pores to form a sigmoidal hernia (postigmoidostomic hernia). Parasigmoid hernia is a complication after colostomy, which can occur early in the postoperative period, or it can happen several years later.
