Pregnancy with pneumonia

Pregnancy with pneumonia is inflammation of the lung parenchyma caused by different pathogens. It often involves small bronchi and alveoli. It is a serious medical complication during pregnancy. Although rare during pregnancy, it is one of the common causes of non-obstetric infections in pregnant women and one of the main causes of non-obstetric deaths.
