Hair adenoma

Hair adenoma (trichoadenoma) was first reported by Nikolowski in 1958. Occurs on the face, followed by the buttocks. More common in adults. The lesion is a single solitary nodule with a proliferative or wart-like appearance, with a diameter of 3 to 15 mm. Histopathology showed multiangular cysts.
