Rotary Band Tendonitis

Rotary bands include superior ganglia, infraganglia, subscapularis, and small round muscles, which can increase the stability of the humeral head in the glenoid. These tendon tears and inflammation often occur in repetitive exercises that require extreme abduction of the shoulder joint (such as baseball, freestyle, backstroke and butterfly, weightlifting, racket exercise). When the upper limbs are extended forward, the humeral head strikes the acromion and the coracoid ligament forward, causing injury to the supraspinas tendon. Chronic stimulation can cause acromion bursitis, aseptic inflammation, and tendon erosion. Acute, violent violence can cause the rotation zone to break. If you continue to train without regard to pain, it will lead to ganglia periostitis and even avulsion of the tendon.
