Idiopathic acute tubulointerstitial nephritis
Idiopathic acute tubulointerstitial nephritis (ATIN) is a non-medicinal, non-infectious, non-systemic disease caused by tubulointerstitial disease of unknown etiology. In idiopathic tubulointerstitial nephritis, a group of diseases has been clearly mediated by immune mechanisms. It is called idiopathic immune-mediated tubulointerstitial nephritis. Depending on whether the disease is mediated by antibodies or T cells, Idiopathic immune-mediated tubulointerstitial nephritis can be further divided into idiopathic T cell-mediated tubulointerstitial nephritis and idiopathic antibody-mediated tubulointerstitial nephritis. This disease is a rare clinical disease.
