Gluten enteropathy

Glutenen-induced enteropathy is also known as coeliac disease and nontropical sprue. It has a high incidence in North America, Northern Europe, and Australia, and it is rare in China. The ratio of male to female is 1: 1.3 to 2.0. There are more women than men, and they can occur at any age. The peak age is mainly children and young people.
