Senile purpura
Senile purpura is chronic skin purpura and small hematomas that occur in older people. The higher the age, the greater the chance of morbidity. It may be due to the decrease in collagen in small blood vessels, with the decrease in subcutaneous fat and elastic fibers, which make the blood vessels more brittle when the pressure increases, and some people classify them as mechanical purpura.
