Emphysema syndrome
Intestinal emphysema (Duvernoy) syndrome refers to small intestinal tracts that have different sizes and look like polyps under the mucosa or serosa. Therefore, it is also called intestinal sac disease, intestinal cystic effusion, cystic lymphema, and peritoneal emphysema.
