Convex meningiomas
Convex meningiomas refer to meningiomas on the lateral surface of the cerebral hemisphere. They mainly include meningiomas in the frontal, parietal, occipital, and temporal lobe of the cerebral hemisphere and meningiomas in the lateral fissure. There is normal brain tissue between the tumor and the sagittal sinus. . Clinically, it may only show symptoms of epilepsy and it is easy to be ignored.
