Piriformis syndrome
Sciatic nerve pelvic exit stenosis and piriformis syndrome occur after the sciatic nerve is separated from the phrenic plexus nerve, and before passing through the bone fiber channel to leave the pelvis and reach the buttocks, due to localized lesions caused by the compression syndrome. The former lesions are mainly located around the pelvic outlet, while the latter are mainly caused by the piriformis itself.
