Familial olfactory-sexual aplasia syndrome (anosmia eunuchoidism), also known as Kallmann syndrome, odourless testicular syndrome, olfactory genital development disorder Syndrome, etc. It is a genetic disease with congenital gonadotropin deficiency that causes gonadal hypoplasia, accompanied by loss or loss of smell. First reported by Kallmann in 1944, it is also known as Kallmann syndrome. More common in men.
